Deliver gift card codes automatically from stock you load in advance

To deliver gift card codes automatically in your top-up store, paste your codes in advance on the code stock screen against the denomination you sell, one code per line. When a customer buys that denomination, a code is handed over from stock in the same moment they pay — even at midnight while you are asleep. If stock is short, the order waits in your queue for you to fill by hand, exactly as if there were no stock at all.

The steps

1. 1 Open the code stock screen («مخزون الأكواد» in the Arabic dashboard) and choose the denomination: the gift card or subscription whose codes you bought from your source.
2. 2 Paste the codes, one per line, and save. The shop tells you how many were added and how many were duplicates and left out.
3. 3 Try it from a customer account if you want to see what your customer sees: they pay, and find the code on their order's page at once.
4. 4 When the out-of-stock alert arrives, buy from your source and paste a new batch.

How delivery works

• All or nothing per order. A customer who buys five units receives five codes or none; half an order is never delivered.
• Running out never closes the sale. When there are not enough codes the order becomes an ordinary order waiting to be filled, which you fill by hand or decline, returning the money to the customer's balance. Loading codes speeds a sale up and can never stop one.
• One alert when a row runs dry. When a denomination that held codes runs out you are alerted once, and the alert re-arms when you load a new batch.
• The customer is told as with a manual delivery, and the code appears on their order's page.

Safety

• One code is never sold twice. The shop refuses a repeated code across your whole shop, not only within one denomination, so pasting the same file into two denominations cannot sell one secret to two customers.
• A code is never shown after it is loaded, not even to you, and not even partly. It is stored encrypted and only the customer who bought it sees it.
• Withdrawing a code your source revoked: paste the same code into the withdraw box and it is taken off sale while staying on record, so it cannot be loaded again by mistake. Withdraw one by mistake and you restore it the same way.

What stock does not cover

Stock is for denominations a person fills. A denomination filled by an Android phone paired with your shop carries no codes, because that top-up lands directly on the player's account. And there is no file upload: codes are pasted as text, one per line.

Frequently asked questions

Can two customers receive the same code if they buy at the same moment?

No. Each code is reserved for a single order, even when several customers buy the same denomination at the same moment.

What if a customer buys more units than there are codes left?

Nothing is taken from stock for them, and the order waits in your queue for you to fill in full by hand or decline, returning their money to their balance.

Can I see the codes I loaded?

No. No code is shown after it is loaded, which protects you from anybody who opens your dashboard. Keep your own copy with your source.
